Parents of Pupils in the Choir

Dear Parent,

Ilford School Choir performance at the O2, Wednesday 12 January 2011

The O2 concert that Ilford School choir will be taking part in will take place on Wednesday 12
January 2011.

Please make sure that you have completed the permission slip or your child will not be able to
attend.

If you still require tickets for the O2 you MUST have sent back the booking form by next week.
The booking form will be sent off to the organisers over half term and we will not be able to
purchase tickets after this time.

We will also be organizing T-shirts for the concert. These will be ordered over half-term and the
children can bring in their money before Christmas.

Thank you for your support of this venture, which, I am sure, will be thrilling and exciting for all
involved.

There is no charge for student attendance, other than for the T-Shirt.

If you wish your child to be included in this event please complete the section at the bottom of
this page and return it to Mr Knowles by Friday, 22 October, 2010.
