Sports Day Friday 20th June

A reminder that Sports Day approaches!

This Friday at Cricklefields (Behind Ilford Swimming Pool).

Dear Parents,

Sports Day is Friday 20th June 2008 at Ilford Cricklefield which is behind Ilford Swimming Pool, High Road, Ilford.

We do hope that you are able to come and support your child/ren. Please arrive with your child at Cricklefield for 10:00 a.m. You will need to bring a packed lunch for yourself and your child/ren. Children will be able to join their parents to eat their lunch and we expect the day to finish at 2:00 p.m. Please do not come to school first, we look forward to seeing you there.

If you are unable to bring your child and attend the Sports Day at Cricklefield, would you please complete the form below which states that you give permission for him/her to travel by seat-belted coach. In this case bring your child to school at 8:30 a.m.

If your child is travelling by coach please make sure that they are at school at 8:30 a.m. prompt with their packed lunch. Collection from the school is 3:20 p.m. for Foundation Stage children, and 3:30 p.m. for the rest of the school (there are no facilities to look after children after 3:30 p.m.) Please complete and return the form immediately if you are not attending Sports Day yourselves, as we will need to confirm with the coach company how many seats are needed.
