Christmas will soon be upon us and we need to inform you all of the following dates for your diary.

All parents are invited to their child's concert. If you are able to attend would you please arrive at 1.45pm at the pupils door (Main Building) ready for a 2.00pm start on the day of your child's concert. We aim to finish by 3.30pm. Collection for all Key Stage concerts, if you are not in attendance, will be from the pupils door of the Main Building and children will be ready to go home with you if you are in attendance. Refreshments will be served after each concert.
Concert days – children in classes who are not performing will be dismissed from the MAIN FRONT DOOR on Kingswood Road.

Tuesday 9th December, - Year 1 and 2
KS2/KS3
Wednesday 10th December, - Year 3 and 4
Thursday 11th December, - Years 5, 6 and 7
FOUNDATION STAGE
Thursday 11th December - Pre-Reception and Reception (in annexe)
All parties will start just after lunch and finish in time for a 3.30pm collection. Collection for all Key Stage parties will be from the Pupils Door of the main building (Parents are not invited to the parties – sorry). Children can wear their party clothes all day on the day of their party but we ask that high -heeled, open -toed, open- backed shoes/sandals or boots be left at home for safety reasons, in line with our safety at school policy.
Each year parents kindly donate (shop bought ) food and drink for their child to enjoy at the party, which is gratefully received. Please see your child's teacher who will let you know the types of food that are most popular. Thank you in advance.
- Stocking fillers In your child's bag you will find a catalogue from Scholastic with many books, ideal for stocking fillers this Christmas. Each book is £2 and on the back page of the catalogue is the order form which should be completed and returned to the schoo l by Friday 28th November 2008 with cheques made payable to Scholastic.
- Show Clothes/Props Your child's teacher may make a request to you for help with props or show clothes – any help is appreciated.
